Paul Sterrett

Pastor

Paul Sterrett is the Pastor at Life Spring Church. Paul grew up in the Kansas City area. He has a BBA in Finance from Washburn University, and attended seminary in Little Rock, Arkansas. Since 1992, he has pastored churches in Arkansas and Kansas. Paul, Kim and Kacie started attending Olathe Bible Church in 2003, where he taught an Adult Bible Fellowship class and served as Elder. He helped lay the groundwork for a new church in Spring Hill, and was called to serve the congregation as founding pastor in 2006. Kim is a paraeducator in the Olathe School District. Their daughter, Kacie, will be a Senior at Olathe Northwest in the fall.

Dennis Burd

Worship/Youth Minister

Dennis Burd is the Minister of Music & Youth at Life Spring Church. Dennis joined the staff in June 2007. He has a AS in business from Kansas City Kansas Community College and a BS in secondary education from Calvary Bible College. Dennis is married to Angela who sings on the praise team at Life Spring. Dennis taught high school math at Eastern Kansas Christian Schools (Maranatha Academy) for 10 years before coming to Life Spring Church. He was the worship leader for the school's chapel program. In 1995 Dennis helped to start Mill Creek Community Church in Shawnee another Olathe Bible Church plant serving as the worship leader for 3 years.

Joanna Meek

Executive Assistant

Joanna Meek is the Financial Assistant at Life Spring Church. Joanna joined the church staff in June 2007. Joanna grew up in Olathe before moving to Spring Hill in 2005. She has an AA from Johnson County Community College and a BS in Photography from Columbia College of Missouri. Joanna started attending Olathe Bible Church in 1985 and attended there until Life Spring Church started in 2006. Joanna is married to Ryan Meek who plays in the worship band and serves as an Elder at Life Spring Church.
