Life Spring is an "elder run church", with Godly men serving under the headship of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 5:23) in the office of elder. As servant-leaders, our elders function primarily in three areas.

Collectively, the elders serve as a governing body to act on church business in their capacity as a Board of Elders. Individually, they exercise oversight responsibility of their specific areas of ministry, organized around our core values.

Thirdly, they are called to shepherd the Body of Christ by looking out for the spiritual welfare of our members and attenders. In order to do this in an organized manner, we have developed an Elder Ministry Plan whereby each elder has assumed responsibility for shepherding a portion of our church body. We have divided the congregation among our elders according to the alphabetical division below:

If you have physical or spiritual needs with which an elder can be of assistance, please feel free to contact any of the elders - do not feel constrained to contact the one assigned to your family. There may be an elder you know better than the others, or one with whom you feel more comfortable, and in such cases, it is fine for you to contact him. But in the absence of some other relationship, please contact the elder assigned to your family.
